Sautéed airliner breast with sun dried tomatoes, capers and

Airliner breast topped with fresh mozarella, sliced tomatoes,
Basil leaves and drizzled with balsamic reduction

Un-oaked chardonnay works really well with this.

Seared Atlantic salmon topped with asparagus, white wine and lemon. Served with Penne pasta

Cajun Fish $21

Chef selection fish served blackened and topped with sautéed shrimp and scallops and our decadent Cajun cream sauce

*Viogner, Chardonnay, or pinot blanc would all enhance this complexly layered dish

Sushi Grade Yellowfin Tuna $21

Sesame Seared- Coated with sesame seeds and seared to temperature. Served with Soy glaze, wasabi and ginger

Blackened- Seasoned with spicy blackening seasonings, seared to temperature and finished with our strawberry-jalapeño compound butter

*Rieslings work well with the spices. Light to medium reds like Merlot, Pinot Noir and Côtes du Rhône are also good

Seared Sea Scallops $22

Plump, sweet sea scallops seared and served with grilled asparagus, and a parmesan potato cake and drizzled with a lemon-thyme butter cream sauce

*The vinho verde complements the sauce in this dish
